Your personal data will be used to process your order and is kept until after the related event for which you are buying your tickets. After the event all order data is deleted from this website.
The personal data you need to provide with your order depend on your selected payment method. Your e-mail address is required in all cases to be able to send you the electronic tickets.
We can only refund purchased tickets upto 2 days prior to the event for which the ticket is valid. To be clear: we do not refund tickets after the event has taken place even if you were not able to attend or use your ticket.
Physical Product Refunds or Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org so we can arrange the exchange. To complete your return or exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
We do not refund Donations. This includes donations made to the Mr Rubber NL Travel fund, Donations to our charity of choice (Fundraiser) not any other Donation. We consider a donation a transfer of funds via one of our Donate options or Donation products for which you do not get an entrance ticket to an event or physical item in return.
